Do I have to create any content myself?

No — ContentGen AI writes and designs everything for you. On Pro and Premium we also publish it automatically every morning; on Starter you get everything delivered ready to copy, paste, and post in minutes. You can also email us your own photos and we'll turn them into posts.

Which platforms do you support?

Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts today. Facebook posting is fully automatic once you connect your page; Instagram needs an Instagram Business account linked to your Facebook page, and YouTube Shorts needs your YouTube channel connected (each a quick one-time step). Google Business Profile and LinkedIn are coming soon and will be included in your plan as they launch.

Will you post without my approval?

We only ever publish to accounts you've explicitly connected and authorized — and every single post passes an automated quality gate first: a second, independent AI reviews each one and blocks anything off-brand or questionable before it reaches your page. Blocked posts are held, never published. Want something paused, changed, or taken down? Reply to any email from us and a real person will action it — and you can cancel anytime.

What if the AI gets something wrong?
