These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ContentGen AI's website and services ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ContentGen AI is an AI-powered service that generates and publishes social media content on behalf of businesses. Features vary by plan and may change over time as we improve the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
By connecting a social media account, you authorize ContentGen AI to create, schedule, and publish content to that account on your behalf, and to retrieve basic performance data. You confirm that you have the right to grant this access, and you remain responsible for your accounts and for complying with each platform's terms. You may revoke this access at any time.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by emailing synergy@getcontentgenai.com. The guarantee applies to your first subscription term.
You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period and will not renew. There are no cancellation fees.
You retain ownership of your business name, brand assets, and the materials you provide. You grant us a license to use that material to generate and publish content for you. Content we generate for your business is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing content and ensuring it is accurate and appropriate for your business.
You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or spammy content, or to violate the terms or policies of any connected platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors, and we do not guarantee any specific level of reach, engagement, leads, or business results. You are responsible for final review of published content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentGen AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold ContentGen AI harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any platform's policies.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised effective date; continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
